Claudia Lozano
Prior to joining ECIPE, she was part of the Cybersecurity team negotiating the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) file during the Spanish Presidency at the Council of the European Union with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Civil Service of Spain. She also worked for the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) as an EU Digital Trade Policy Fellow in Brussels and completed the Bluebook Traineeship in DG Trade in the Digital Trade and Services Unit.
She holds an LLM with high honours in European and International Law from the University of Gent and master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe where she was granted a AECID scholarship by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain. She got her undergrad in International Relations and Business Management from Oxford Brookes University, majoring in international law.
