Dyuti Pandya is an Analyst at the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE), specialising in the impact of regulation and trade policy on innovation, competition and market outcomes in technology sectors. Her work focuses on how legal and economic frameworks shape the development and diffusion of emerging technologies. She is also an international fellow (Eurasia) at the Tholos Foundation. Prior to this, she served as an Innovation Fellow at the International Centre for Law and Economics (ICLE). Prior to joining ECIPE, she interned at the Cato Institute’s Herbert A. Stiefel Center for Trade Policy Studies and the Foundation for Economic Development (FED). She holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Gujarat Maritime University and an M.A. in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She also earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences and Law (BLS LL.B) from the University of Mumbai. She also leads the Bastiat Scrolls initiative at Students for Liberty.
