A certified project manager (PRINCE2 Practitioner), Natalia supports senior leadership in operations, budgets, and HR processes, provides structured guidance to research teams, and assist with the successful implementation of complex projects. She delivers insights that inform strategic planning and improve overall organisational effectiveness.
Natalia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialisation in International Trade Policy from the University of Warsaw, and has also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and the University of Copenhagen. She speaks Polish, English and French, and has a good understanding of Dutch.
