Digital Trade Estimates Project

The overall DTE index is comprised of an unweighted average of the four clusters across which the thirteen chapters are integrated. The overall index ranges from 0 (i.e. completely open) to 1 (i.e. completely restricted) with increasing values representing higher levels of digital trade restrictiveness.
